Cuvée Tradition - Clos Cibonne100% Tibouren from Provence, France. Clos Cibonne is one of the 18 Cru Class vinyards in Cote de Provence. The topography in the area allows these grapes to ripen perfectly, with little vintage variation. This wine is fermented in stainless and then aged in 100 year old foudres. It pours a pale pink with a hints of cream, cherries, strawberries, with a balanced acidity and dry finish.
