Borough Bourbon Batch 03Borough Bourbon Batch 03 is the product of a female owned distillery, Republic Restoratives in Washington, D. C. Borough is a limited series of straight bourbons finished in rare casks. Batch No. 03 is a five year old, high rye bourbon that was rested in fifty year old Armagnac casks. The nose carries notes of toffee, warm leather, and candied citrus. The palate delights with praline, baking spice, and creme brulee. Its finish is long and layered,
