A Blend of 85% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Franc, 2% Cabernet Sauvignon. The winery uses a combination of traditional and modern winemaking techniques to produce their wines. The grapes are hand harvested and sorted before being fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for up to 18 months.
