English blown & cut glass mallet shaped decanter (c. 1810)Blown & deeply cut glass mallet form decanter with bull's eye stopper. The lip is slice cut over a broad swirl cut band to a narrow slice cut band over a deep Georgian diamond cut encircling border on a narrow slice cut foot. The under foot has a ground and polished pontil. England, circa 1810. Condition: The bottom of the stopper has a chip but the decanter is in very good overall condition. Wear commensurate with age and use. Materials: Blown & Cut
