Pitangatuba - Eugenia selloi 5lThe Pitangatuba is a close relative and to the Brazilian cherry, but much larger fruit. The fruits have a sensational acidic sweet and sour flavour. A relatively slow growing tree however is generally quick to flower and begin fruiting from 2 3 year old.
