It has a shimmery, slightly frosty finish and is very subdued overall. This is a "Black Label OPI" (with black writing on the base sticker), and was made before the reformulation of OPI lacquers in 2006 to remove certain chemicals. These older formulations are now VERY RARE and difficult to find, especially in Australia.
