2025 Havilah RoséThe Glen Shian site has become a dedicated ros block, the lower acidity allowing it to ferment bone dry. This years fruit was direct pressed to tank, and as is typical with this patch, the colour drops out leaving an elegant wine with lovely fruit weight. completing the trio of southern valleys

Waverley is situated just to the east of Launceston

with the intention of highlighting regionality within our island state
