Domaine des Tourelles Red 2022Founded in 1868, Domaine des Tourelles make wine in the exceptional Bekaa Valley region of Lebanon. High altitude tempers the hot climate, giving wines with both delicious ripe fruit and food friendly freshness. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (40%), Syrah (40%), Cinsault (15%) and Carignan (5%) aged for 16 months in concrete vats. Warm red fruits with woody, earthy and spicy hints and nice tannic structure.

the wines produced by Moulin Touchais carry a residual sugar content ranging from 70 to 80 grams

It is further aged for 36 months in oak barrels and 12 months in the bottle

and the cut is meticulously selected by hand to capture the finest flavours
