( NY, NJ, MA, CT, RI, VT, NH, ME, PA, MD) 16 lb. packages of Ground Pork Berkshire or Kurobuta ( black pigs) are known for their well marbled, distinctively red pork which wins hands down in a flavor competition. All of our meat is vacuum sealed & flash frozen to ensure freshness. Chops are cut between 1" and 1. 5" thick. Roast sizes vary between 2 4 lb. each. The "Picnic' box will contain at least 16 lb.
