屬於二級歷史建築的美荷樓，原為石硤尾邨，是第一個徙置式公共房屋，中央區域設有公共空間。設計師以精湛的技巧繪製出傳統公屋每戶的單邊門窗設計，喚起了人與人之間的人情味，並以針織藝術重新詮釋出來。

Taking inspiration from Hong Kong's developmental journey

怡和大廈最特別的必定是有別於一般大樓的圓形玻璃窗，其設計理念 源於建築師妻子的想法：為甚麼窗一定要是方形那麼沉悶，而不可以嘗 試圓形？於七十年代建成，樓高 52 層的怡和大廈除了是香港第一座摩 天大樓，更是當年全亞洲最高建築物，它以其超過 1700 個圓形窗戶默 默守在中環中心，見證着香港半世紀以來的變遷。
