Buffalo Head CichlidThese cichlids are known as Buffalo Head Cichlids! Males will get up to around 5 inches and are distinguishable by their large hump on their heads. Females will only get up to around 3 inches in size. Aquariums for these guys should include lots of caves, tunnels, and rocks since they are territorial in nature. They spend their time on the bottom of the aquarium, so soft sandy substrate is also needed!
