Ghost BloodThis 2022 wine is the product of an ongoing cookpot where we added first Pinot Gris, then Chenin Blanc, then Muscat, and finally Riesling. It was inspired by the revitalizing table wines of our favorite French region, Alsace, where such inspired blends are served in a large carafe alongside local cuisine. The wine has a savory tone with salty aromas and herbaceous notes alongside tropical fruit on the palate. Its a delightful, refreshing wine to serve

The loose red clay erodes to display orange boulders beneath the topsoil

If you see acid crystals dancing in the wine

soft flavors of starfruit and cream

and flowers around the pillar acidity of the dry Riesling

and the acidity will crystalize when the wine is chilled

situated at 450 foot elevation in the Eola-Amity Hills

These field blends of the noble varieties from that region are joyous

and finally Riesling

This 2023 Chenin Blanc was hand picked from a vines situated against a rocky ravine on the Oregon side of the Columbia Gorge
