2017 Demarie Roero Riserva, Piedmont, Italy 1.5L MAGABOUT THIS WINE The vineyard traditions in the Roero territory were the inspiration for this denomination and have their roots set deeply over time. This wine comes from 100% Nebbiolo grown in the Torion MGA (steep hillside, sandy marl sandstone soil). After harvest, alcoholic fermentation is completed in steel or cement tanks with local yeasts, with 20 25 days of maceration, with manual punch downs. Malolactic fermentation is followed by maturation.
